I haven’t received today’s Signal

Your Signal is delivered at a random time within your selected delivery window. If your delivery window is still open, today’s Signal may simply not have arrived yet. If the window has already passed, check that notifications are enabled for Fortuity in your device settings.

Notifications are disabled

Open your device settings, find Fortuity, and make sure notifications are allowed. Fortuity uses local notifications on your device to deliver Signals.

How do I change my delivery window?

Open Fortuity and use the delivery window controls in Settings. Your updated window will apply to future Signals.

Why is my previous Signal still showing?

Fortuity keeps your current Signal available on your device until the next Signal is delivered. Nothing is being sent to a remote service.

Can I request another Signal?

Fortuity is intentionally limited to one randomly selected Signal per day. The pause between Signals is part of the experience.

Does Fortuity track what I do with a Signal?

No. Fortuity does not track, record, or transmit what you do with a Signal.

What happens if I travel or change time zones?

Fortuity uses your device’s local time to schedule delivery. After a time-zone change, your next delivery follows the local schedule on your device.

What happens if I reinstall the app?

Reinstalling may remove locally stored app information, including your current Signal and delivery preferences. You can set the app up again after reinstalling.
